Are the Ukrainians gradually assassinating the Russian officials like Mossad would have done?

This morning in Moscow (on Ryazansky Prospekt) the head of Russia’s radiation, chemical and biological protection troops, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, has been liquidated.

The explosive device was installed on an electric scooter, placed near the entrance to the building where Kirillov lived, and detonated remotely.

The residents say there was a video camera installed near the entrance, to which most residents had access — the culprits probably used it and weren’t anywhere close.

Kirillov is the author of the infamous allegation about the genetically modified combat mosquitoes produced in Ukrainian biolabs.

In March 2022, Kirillov gave a presentation in the ministry of defence, talking about American biolabs in Ukraine, which allegedly worked on projects to spread harmful viruses that target Russians, through the use of bats and birds.

Kirillov also accused Ukraine of plans to blow a "dirty bomb”.

Kirillov was accompanied by his aide, who also didn’t survive the explosion.

The day before, Ukrainian SBU opened a criminal case against General Kirillov, alleging he was responsible for the use of chemical weapons against the Ukrainian troops.

Also yesterday, Kirillov attended a televised conference of the Russian MoD, which was also attended by Putin and Belousov.

In October 2024, Britain imposed sanctions on Kirillov "for deploying barbaric chemical weapons in Ukraine," including the toxic choking agent chloropicrin.

Last week, on Dec.10, a developer of control systems for Russian X-69 cruise missiles and attack drones, the leading specialist of the Mars design bureau Mikhail Shatsky, was liquidated in the Moscow region, reportedly shot.

The Ukrainian GUR hasn’t commented on liquidations.
